Number of seeds in a pomegranate

How many seeds are there in a pomegranate?

Not known the exact number

Not too many people know the fact that the pomegranate is a fruit-bearing deciduous shrub or small tree growing between 5–8 meters (16–26 ft) tall.  It is interesting to know the fact that pomegranates are used in cooking, baking, juices, smoothies and alcoholic beverages, such as martinis and wine.  Some people say pomegranates have 613 seeds, some allow for an error of +/- 200.  Keep in mind the fact that pomegranates are special because they are red in color, apple sized and containin hundreds of pitch-red juicy seeds.
