How many krypton isotopes are there?
According to the latest edition of the Nuclear Wallet Cards, updated in 2006 by the National Nuclear Data Center website, there are 37 known krypton isotopes; among these, 6 occur naturally. Krypton (Kr) is a noble gas, and its most common isotope is 84Kr. There several radioactive krypton isotopes which are used in the medical field ‘â€œ for diagnosis and anatomic studies ‘â€œ as well as in the scientific field.
