This is a buzz question we often hear.  There are so many different answers when it comes to the total number of cities in the United States of America.  The main idea is that the definition of “city” varies a lot.  According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are 19,355 “incorporated places” in the United States.  Needless to say, there are more than 43000 places with unique zip codes.  It is interesting to know the fact that New York is the largest city with the highest population in the United States of America.
