Number of CC’s in a Liter
How many cubic centimeters are there in a liter?
One liter consists of exactly 1,000 cubic centimeters. The 12th General Conference on Weights and Measures by the International Committee on Weights and Measures in 1964 formally defined and adopted the liter to be exactly equal to one cubic decimeter. One cubic decimeter is equal to 10 cubic centimeters, thus one liter is equal to 1,000 cubic centimeters.
