How many sleep hours do we need on average?
It depends on age
It is widely known the fact that sleep hours are extremely important for a good health. There is a number of hours we have to sleep every day. Newborn to 2 months old babies have to sleep 12 to 18 hours, 3 months to 1 year babies have to sleep 14-15 hours, 1 to 3 years children have to sleep 12-14 hours, 3 to 5 years old children have to sleep 11-13 hours, 5-12 years children have to sleep 10-11 hours, 12-18 teens have to sleep 8.5-10 hours. Adults have to sleep 7.5-9 hours.
